Anyone got one... are they decent? I know Thompson is the way to go, but I need a post for a backup bike, so I don't need the $80 thompson. I'm looking at the Prodigy post.

I had one of the Prodigy posts a few years ago, it came on the Giant AC1. I wasn't impressed at all with how it adjusted, and it ended up bent. They must have improved the clamp by now though, that thing just plain sucked.

it's a 26.8mm. you can shim possibly.

i've also got a generic (Orange branded, came w/ hil's 222) which is a 27.2. i could let that baby go for $10 shipped.
