I think the 80mm Manitous would probably be your best option. They have pretty significant offsets so they'll come close to keeping handling similar.

as far as I can tell, most of the "non-suspension corrected" frames are happy with 80mm travel, axle-to-crown wise. most 80mm travel forks, when sagged with a rider etc., are about the same length. so offset/trail would be the biggest difference.

the thing that most people can notice going from rigid to suspended is how the HA changes while the fork is compressing. descending smaller-radius turns is where I find it most noticeable.
