Will I see a dramatic difference in comfort switching from a 2.0 (Michelin) to the Panaracer 2.3 (ridgid fork) ? I don't believe I have any need for added traction.

Maybe run the Michelin as a rear and the Panaracer as a front? that might be a solid combo. I found the Panaracer to be sluggish as a rear tire.

The Rampage is only sluggish if you reverse the tire for the rear. run it frontwards, and it rolls awesome. Except in mud, when it completely spins out because of the ramped tread.

I was running it forward and it still felt sluggish. But then again I was comparing it to a Nanoraptor and they roll pretty damned nicely as rear tires.

It feels sluggish to me in either direction on the rear as well. Like MMcG I typically run fast rear tires like the nano, sb8 and xmark so it's expected that it would feel that way. Excellent front tire imo however.
