oh so good, ground bison with diced baby bella mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic then kneaded into the bison and formed into a patty. spiced and covered with a slice of cheese served in a lettuce wrap with spicy mustard.

Started to make noodles for chow mien. gear stripped on the spaghetti cutter so I did Asian style Fettuccini instead
The Chow Mein came out quite nice

tried out my new pasta maker attachment for the stand mixer. made Spaghetti and Rigatoni, it works well
It will also make Fusilli, Bucatini, and Large and small Macaroni.
