Terrible shots of mac n cheese using Secret Santa loot. Forgot to take a post-bake shot. Developed a nice crust up top!

Great, now I am thirsty for hoppy NEIPA.
Began as a burrito truck. Did very well. The burrito truck dude got together with a local beer dude and some financial backing to create this. Now in its third year I believe? Maybe fourth. My understanding is that they were in the black after the 2nd year.
