The bunker at parliament
Decided to use up the last of last nights roast lamb with a return to one of my old favorites.

Maybe it's a Buffalo thing but the cut sides of the roll get toasted, then you add your foods on top of toasted roll. Prevents soggy bread :rockout:
Example:
i guess a buffalo cheesesteak is made on texas toast.

the way i make my steaks they're not so greasy that the roll gets soggy, so its a non-issue.

Was just going to say, must be seared hot or deep fried hot. Doesn’t really work well with slow methods, there is such little fat.

Yep. Will sometimes make Mrs Scrub a burger from some ground. Have to be watchful with those or you end up with a hockey puck.

Lots of lamb lately. Cheap and easy to get right. Lamb burgers on the gas grill. I supplement it with ground pork fat or ground spam. I put Beet greens, Spinach, Apples, and Ramps in the mix also. I have been cooking my ass of lately. Just not for money anymore.
