The local baker used to make a basil and olive sourdough and it was awesome, for some reason they made them larger/less dense, people stopped buying them then they stopped making them.

Our local Butcher (Schwan's) makes cabanossi. Its not available most of the year. But they tease us by keeping it up on the board.Leftovers burger.

The bacon was crap, I miss proper butcher bacon but this was the only non imported stuff I could find in the supermarket.
The normal local butcher smokes their bacon in house, they do the cabanossi at the same time.
