Oh fuck was this good. Locally harvested white corn from Brentwood in the San Joaquin Delta (20 minutes from here) Aged Rib Eye pan seared then baked at 400 until it hit 120*F with sliced baby bella mushrooms cooked in a skillet with butter and minced garlic. The steak melted in my mouth and the corn was so sweet
Had "mac and cheese" with Fontina and ham. VERY tasty...

Lazy pizzas from mostly leftovers, the bases are spinach wraps coz that's all I had.
Green beans sauteed in olive oil with garlic, sea salt, black pepper, slivered almonds. Add the sliced green olives with about a minute left to cook in the green beans, Sprinkle with Feta while still hot and serve
I made some killer pork chops, tender and flavorful. You'll have to imagine them though, as I took no pics.

It is. And normally I would be opposed to that. I cannot adequately explain how good it was at the same time.
Naan/pita/etc. are awesome pizza bases.

Salmon filet pan fried in butter, and diced habanero crumbled over salad ( Spring mix, shredded carrot chopped snap peas, broccoli , cauliflower, sliced baby bella mushrooms, slice skinned cucumber, cracked black pepper) with light balsamic dressing.
Ooooh... jelly.
Fire in me belly. Lamb Stir Fry with 2 pickled and two fresh diced Habanero Peppers tossed in for fun

Made the mix for falafel tonight. Fill fry up some falafel balls tomorrow night
Success at last. I had the hardest time properly forming Falafel balls and having them hold together when cooking then I got a Falafel press
