OK this guy just cut and pasted one of my posts from a couple of years back

Tried this insanely pungent cheese recently, and it instantly transported me back to a random rail journey in Copenhagen circa 1980. Bought it from this quaint cheese shop near the train station. Picture this: opening the cheese in the rail car, the aroma hits like a flavor bomb. An older Dutch couple, curious and on a cheese hunt, caught a whiff and tracked us down. We all shared a cheese and bread feast, but they insisted we needed wine. Well, they had a bottle stashed, and we merrily sipped and nibbled our way to Amsterdam. Fast forward decades, and I've finally found something reminiscent of that epic cheese.

Leftover Veggie Wellngton and coleslaw. The gravy and Dijon mustard make it all play nicely together.

My sister does better BBQ's than me.

I need to blank off the rotisserie holes in mine so it doesn't lose as much heat, it eats too much gas to do roasts. That's my excuse anyway.

Nowhere Man!
I made a bunch of food tonight. Focaccia with sweet Italian sausage and cheese (grilled). BLT sliders with mozz, capicola, spinach and banana peppers and balsamic drizzle. Banana cream pie with fresh whipped cream. Big curls of dark chocolate on top.

turkey breast in chocolate mole with lemon curried rice

cubed the turkey and covered it in a dry rub of salt, pepper, Mexican Oregano, Ancho Chili powder, garlic powder. Sauteed diced white onion and Jalapeno in olive oil for 4 minutes added the turkey and braised on all sided until nicely brown. Pour in 12 oz of Belgian ale and simmered for 30 minutes. While that was going I made 4 cups of chocolate Mole sauce (cheated and used Donna Maria Mole Poblano paste and Ghiradelli semi sweet chocolate) after the ale had reduced I added the mole and some ciantro and let it cook on low for 30 minutes.
