One time for xmas I had to make a Franken prime rib because I couldn't find a good one so a bought a couple of Cowboy cuts and tied them together

Holy crap that looks amazing and I bet it tasted even better. Extra points for adding a bit of bacon. Probably would not have been very satisfying if it was limited merely to copious amounts of beef, marrow, butter, and gravy. :thumb:
