We need to start a game called "What is Scrubbie Making Today"... :D
All over the place!

Tomorrow! is hoisin marinated pork loin with quick pickled veggie/slaw over scallion pancakes. (so...tacos...) with a side of crispy green beans.

Friday might be? https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1021077-khachapuri-adjaruli-georgian-cheese-bread-boat With some sort of grilled or roast veggies. Or some sort of curried coleslaw variant with tandori-ish fried chx. Not sure yet...

My pastry didn't puff.
(it had been in the freezer quite a while)

So just dumped arugula and basil on top. With the rest of last night's duck. A couple minutes in the cooling oven while walking the DSO netted me a pretty tasty oddball flatbread pastry pizza thing.

1/2C Hoisin sauce
2 fat garlic cloves grated
1tbsp grated ginger
2tbsp tomato ketchup
2tbsp honey
1tbsp Sriracha

Ricotta mashed potatoes. Tomato onion jalapeno bell pepper chunky sauce.

Fried zucchini with a S&P/parmesan crumble.

Doesn't look all that, but was quite tasty!

Easy tonight. Pretty tasty! Added some radish, red onion, cherry tomatoes as well. Mrs Scrub did similarly but with some kale & broccoli thing. Neither of us in the mood to actually cook.
