So just dumped arugula and basil on top. With the rest of last night's duck. A couple minutes in the cooling oven while walking the DSO netted me a pretty tasty oddball flatbread pastry pizza thing.

I just chopped it super fine, I enjoy it, but don't like getting a mouthful.

Radish, red cabbage & zucchini bits.

Fairly cheap and you can find cuts of meat with decent amount of marbling, you can also find choice grade in Costco but it will be more expensive than in a local supermarket.
The brisket I made I bought it in Costco.
Easy tonight. Pretty tasty! Added some radish, red onion, cherry tomatoes as well. Mrs Scrub did similarly but with some kale & broccoli thing. Neither of us in the mood to actually cook.

Costco impulse buy. Sumbitch these are tasty. Like those canned crispy onion things, but jalapenos.
Those might make green bean casserole reasonable...
