My friend who lives in Minnesota. Sends me this delicious Wild Rice. He has a good recipe for cooking it in Chicken Broth with Celery, Onions, and Green Peppers. A little Paprika, Salt and Pepper. Its so simple and delicious.

Cooked for friends today. Shared effort. Elk Burgers were good. It was cut with Beef fat. 60/40. Crazy good. No Bacon or fried egg. Just Meat. A little Salt and Pepper.

(peas and red bell pepper chunks to be added late in the slow cooker process)

Brine, Flour, Egg, Flour, Spice, Egg, Panko. Double dipped 10 then 5 to finish at 360 in Golden Ease Canola oil. Done with Peanut oil from now on. Not so hot Chicken.

Air fryer Egg Rolls. Had Pizza and Steak and Cheese ones for football today. My friend Jamie's Girlfriend makes them. The Pizza ones were awesome. Served with a bowl of her delicious tomato sauce. She made a huge mess in my friend Marks house. It was awesome. He's a Pig when He is at your house. It was his turn...
