Leftover meatloaf? Leftover lasagne goop and nüdz? Do what is required.

Regular cheese lasagne and build you own salad.

Trader Joes spring rolls in the Air Fryer. Skip the supplied sauce. Mix equal amounts of Hoisin, Tamari, Rice wine, and Siracha.

BoarsHead Top Round Pastrami. While not the best you can get. It's the best I can. Cohens rye without seeds and Nancys mustard. No pickles. I figured I had enough salt at that point. I went for a walk afterwards. Burping up mustard and Pastrami gloriously all the while.

Air fryer chicken breasts. Just cut them in half if they are whole. Spice them up. Throw into a bowl of egg. Throw into a bowl of crushed corn flakes. Put in the Air fryer 350 for 15 minutes. Kids love them. So, do I. The Air fryer is the best addition to my Kitchen. Leftover pizza air fried.

In the cleavage of the Tetons
Just upped my taco game with Cilantro Chimichurri, outrageously good.
(Cilantro, red onion, three cloves garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper)

Marinated skirt steak in achiote, olive oil, cumin, garlic paste, a little Worcestershire, ground black pepper, Mexican oregano, and salt. Three day marination.

Fresh guac (but the picture looks absolutely awful, don't know why)
Fresh squeezed lime and habañero sauce, and that's it!

I am concerned that rideit just now figured out doing a cilantro chimichuri.

Otherwise.

Excuse me, did you say french onion pizzza? I am listening.

I made some garlic shrimp tacos last night. I was originally planning on tostadas, but got lazy. Man they were so good. Finding corn tortillas that aren't frozen is getting harder around here though (sad face). Yes yes, I could make my own, I even have masa at home, but that takes time that I don't have.

oh my, I'm not quite sure what to call it but damn is this tasty. Home made tomato sauce with a mix of Cajun and Italian seasoning. Sliced red onion, chopped collard greens, celery, brown rice, diced habaneros, Andoule sausage, Chicken and Shrimp.

I appreciate when folks eat with proper dishes. The food looks good too. I make a dish called Land cioppino. It looks like that.

Tamales
Part 1
The long part: Preparing the pork in the slow cooker . Big piece of bone in pork shoulder split in two, spices, chopped red onion, garlic cloves, water, bottle of Sam Adams Oktoberfest let it slow cook for 8 hours. It just fell of the bone when done and I fork shredded it. Simmered de seeded Ancho Chilies in the pork rendering then blended with more spices. Strained that back into the skillet added flour and olive oil and stirred over low heat for 10 minutes then mixed it in with the pork. Tomorrow I will soak the corn husks, make the masa and steam the tamales. While that's going on I will make up a chocolate mole sauce
