Made a bunch of this yesterday. Very tasty! Went a little heavy on the olives though - note to self for next time.

Figure to pad it out with some arugula.

A healthy 3 tbsp of the crunch + the liquid (fresh raw apple cider) ought to make a nice pan fried flavor.

Roasting these guys simply with EVOO, S&P.

Leftover bits of a Stop&Shop garlic bread half loaf. Brazilian linguiça. Cherry tomatoes. Arugula. Bagelman house green olive/pimento cream cheese. Two of them topped with a bit of somewhat decent American cheese. So. Melty.

Payday, ya know what means!

SOON

Don't know what this is, but let's try it.

No not for the steak, that's what ketchup is for. But really, also got some locally made creamy horseradish sauce.

hey ridemonkey chefs, I've got a few big fillets of cod ova' here... how should I prepare it? (not frying)

TIA !
Prob too late, but...

garlic, parm, Ritz cracker crumble crust done quickly under the broiler. Make some potato salad and a nice cherry tomato, red onion, cucumber, black olive, etc. salad.
