Giacomos in Jersey City/Hoboken/Newport has the best Eggplant parm I ever had.... They served the sandwich on a bed of Ziti so when you ate the sandwich the drippings would drop on the Ziti. Providing you with another meal.
Cannelloni beans spinach and sausage stew ftw.....
Finished up a couple more little projects. Both are curly maple and purple heart. I hate shiny finishes!

Looking forward to this bottle, I've had the normal stuff and it's one of my favorites, this is a single barrel from the local liquor store who's owner is a bit fanatical about bourbon. Couldn't find a bottle of Pappy that wasn't a million dollars, so I figured this should work.

Funny... you know - I think the best Chinese I've ever had outside of the Bay Area was in Ireland. It was fucking awesome.
