The seeds or meat from my peppers aren't very tasty. They have a metallic taste. I mix the meats with ground pork and turkey mixture. Not much success has been had....
Our little pepper plant came with three jalapeños but some animal ate them off the plant within a week. Saw a chipmunk in a wee Mexican poncho a little later. Hmmmmmm
Ground beef has no place in tacos, if fact those don't even look like the tacos I eat.
I enjoy ground beef Tacos. I also like Barbacoa and other meats in my Tacos. However I don't have the time or ambition to make a proper Taco sometimes. I use Cheddar instead of Queso Blanco as I have that in the fridge.
There is cilantro in your picture, just get some flat steak and some of that cilantro and add some orange juice and lime juice. Let it marinate for like five minutes if you cant wait. Grill however you choose then chop into small pieces. Those tortilla look awful find a mexican market and get some real ones if you can. The cheese to get is Oaxaca and cotija.
I live in Western NY. There are like 4 Mexicans here. No Mexican Markets that I am aware of either... I can get stuff at Trader Joes if I wanted to cough up the dough....
There are plenty of Mexican restaurant and farm workers in Upstate NY given ICE activity:

ICE fuckers are scooping up all the Irish here also. I myself do not have access to ICE. They haven't updated me for a while. I suspect it is because I eat ground beef Tacos with Cheddar cheese. It seems I am being persecuted for my Taco shortcomings. I blame you and my 3rd grade teacher Mrs Bishara. Is Bishara a Mexican Surname? Surely somehow you're involved in this madness. Whhhy? Am I the Nancy Kerrigan of Ride Monkey and you're the Jeff Gallooly. Whhhhhhy? I just want Tacos. Now the ones I get aren't real. I am not prepared for these truths.
