Well...
Seems legit.
When I was 12 I was sent to Montreal to "spend" the summer with my Grandma. Her neighbor Mr Giustis' son worked at the Customs tower at the end of the Lachine Pier. I got to climb the tower and hang out there with my Grandpa and watch the freighters go by.
You should know better than to read the comments.

was icy on the way up, and only just barely skiable on the way down. what i discovered is the faster you go, the less the skis chatter. until you catch an edge.

I drank an ocean of beer at that place back in the 90s.
