I think for must of us who grew up in that fashion, it's a good thing our parents didn't know what we were up to most of the time.

until i started skating, i spent all my time in the woods of rural CT
sketchy underground forts? check
shooting neighborhood girl in face with homemade bow and arrow? check
lysol blowtorch? check. lighting a plastic bag full of kerosene on fire? check (wow that was dumb)
swinging on a vine over a rocky creek that broke and subsequently broke my tailbone? check
hacking at things with every saw/knife/machete i could get my hands on? check
bike jumps everywhere? check
not to mention the terrible porno mags stashed in secret spots...

we could roam all over the tiny towns i grew up in in ct and maine. man did i come to hate them when i was a bored pre-teen, but they seem pretty idyllic now.

So sometimes I’m weird and I buy or find a bunch of old photos. I like looking for old cars and cool stuff in the photos. Me and my buddy were doing this and shedding it up good, imaging their lives. When I find this! I’m sure it’s a ufo. No notations and no other bad or unrecognizable photos. So dude took it and put it in the book for a reason.
