Chx andouille, peperoncini, cauliflower, Brussels, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, two heads of garlic, S&P, paprika. EVOO & red wine vinegar with a tbsp of ground oregano.

Serve with a cup of ricotta on the side mixed with more salt and pepper as your dippin' sauce.

Tonights meal using the Slap yo mama to make pan blackened Salmon. very tasty

If you have a recipe for your Blackening Seasoning and could share it with us. I would appreciate it. That looks delicious by the way. I also like lemon on my rice.

Yep Jeff, I actually sent a crew out to his new facility this morning to do a 3D scan. Super nice guy. Great beer too!

Yep! Have tried a few of theirs, and this is the only one I care for. Like it quite a bit. Suppose that makes up for not enjoying the others?

Is it because it's lighter than most of their IPA's and DIPA's? You in the Hudson Valley?
