I would be suspicious of this because diamonds don't work well in impact tools.
I never understood why that's "the way" in Yurp. The bike-rack attachments are just stupid and it doesn't seem that there are nearly as many to choose from.
Is this the "Big Rona" ive been hearing so much about??

Made some subs, but for the most part stuck with the recipe as written. The Portuguese rolls that are ubiquitous in the markets around here I think would be better than a hard French baguette such as we used.
The Pickled veggie slaw was the absolute win. Cucumber carrot zucchini and the white parts of the scallions. I want to marinate everything in it now.
Looks delicious, except you seem to have accidentally put cilantro weed onto your plate. I recommend killing that with fire.View attachment 145394

I subbed cilantro for the mint, mainly due to having taste buds.
YMMV.
I feel about mint as you probably do about cilantro.
That said, make the slaw/marinade. Use it to fyroastgrillsear all the things!

These were ok. Outshone by the rest. Seriously. Make the pickled veggie slaw.
And use a softer bun if you do follow the recipe.
I really love a good bahn mi, but something about crab cakes on bread just sounds too dry.
I'll try making the slaw and report back.
Most definitely wasn't too dry. Even on this bread. On a softer option, it'll be perfect.
