If Hank there ever does get a squirrel, no way in hell is he sharing.
Rick Bayliss green chile enchilada sauce (i phoned this one in) with leftover roasted poblano peppers, garlic, yellow onion, chx thighs. Red and savoy cabbage, French breakfast radishes, white onion, jalapeno, cilantro. Cheese is a mix of Muenster and parmesan leftover ends in the fridge. A little green salsa.
Mix to taste.
I had one on some leftover (and toasted) pita, two on corn tortilla, and two on flour.
Breakfast tomorrow will be the leftovers on a tortilla, with some chunked up tomato and perhaps a fried egg atop the whole works.
