The game is actually quite stunning if you have a capable TV.
This may seem strange but I had to look it up. I did not know if Red Dead Redemption was a tv show, movie, or video game??

The basement was more like a hoard of old spokes and chrome bike parts from the 60's. They claimed that the gremlin didn't live down there but I don't believe it. I also think the basement was somehow connected to the subway tunnel. Maybe he lived down there like a teenage mutant ninja turtle.
Kept thing simple.
Roast chx & carrots/beets with EVOO, S&P, garlic. Brussels pan fried with soy sauce, sesame oil & Sriracha. Shiitake 'shroom & pan dripping gravy.

I have become a big fan of toasting the tortilla and melting the cheese directly on it before adding other ingredients. Also helps to water proof the tortilla when using wetter ingredients.
I feel like this is worthy enough to be the basis of a religion, certainly more worthy than the basis of any existing religion.
