Gifted this yesterday as a "thank you nurse Dave" thing. Already had dinner cooking...
Post-ride today. Nuke a minute (somewhat mitigating the sogginess of sitting in the fridge overnight) to warm up, EVOO in a pan, minute or so per side. Romaine heart and tomato salad, creamy Caeser green chile salsa dressing.
The other half is breakfast tomorrow.
