I am confident there will be a backlash to all of this when people can get back to all you can eat buffets and going to the movies and not having to pedal, get dirty and fall of their new bikes.

Part of the problem here is those are not the same piece of bacon. Also I don’t like the little overly-burnt belly on three but I also think the lower tip of fat is quite underdone compared to the rest of the rasher. That’s why I went 2.5 I think. In a perfect world I want the top half of three, without it’s lower imperfections.
I've been on the lookout for a reasonably priced bike for my nephew lately, this hits too close to home right now.
