Was it busy there? I skip Cape Ann during the touristy season - May till October.
Decently busy for a Sunday afternoon. We had to drive around for a bit before finding a spot.

Quite badly. Some of the "steps" had some real penalty for failure.

Literally. Power lines and utility poles are an eyesore.Not as beautiful as buried utilities.
