Yes, a tiny one, perhaps late 1940s or early 50s. I was very into all sorts of engines for a long time, had a rather large collection of one lungers.
Plenty of 60mph roads like that and worse in the UK. I stuck the front of a car into a hedge when 17 going a little too fast for the friction coefficient of the tyres and road surface conditions.

Some of PA is like that. Kind of sketchy when you go there from Ontario, where the roads are mostly straight lines. Nothing like blasting through a tiny village on a winding road doing 90kmh.......with a transport truck on your ass.
