That would be about 5% of what is in the Air Force Museum. But since it is in Dayton Ohio no reason to ever see it.
I doubt you get a chance to see those in flight there. I doubt they flew the SR-71 either, but still, airshows are a different level of experience compared to museums.

How the F? They wouldn't even let you see the SR-71 in the 80s. I can't imagine they were parading that around before then. There's got to be some more context to that.


If any of you aviation nerds are in the Toronto, check out the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton. They have an Avro Lancaster which still flies - I think its one of only 2 or 3 in the world that can do so?

I took a ride in a Boeing Stearman as a teenage, that was a very cool experience.
