While posting this pic I had him in mind. Too much roof shoveling.
the wheeled snowblower and the presence of a snowblower in 2mm of snow should have given it away.

House sitting for my sister, the owl moneybox I made a few years back still works.
Spin the beak and drop the coin in, gets proper heavy when it's near full.
Was a prick to hand cut the timber then flatten it, then the wings are something like 20 layers of veneer each.
There was a few day's work in this thing, wouldn't do it again.

Hey armchair landscaping engineers, how long do tires last as fill material? This town has quite a few examples of this.
it depends if they are modern nylon or old school rubber. If the latter, a long, long time.
