How many of those did you eat?
I have 2. I don't like that much meat on my sandwichs. I usually take off a fair amount and save some. I got the Russian dressing on the side. I put them in foil, and bake them off at 250 for 40 minutes and add the dressing while they cool off. I have fresh eggs and Emmentaler cheese to make a corned beef omelet for breakfast tomorrow. I can save the leftovers to make corned beef hash also.
