using the rule of "replace 'whomever' with 'him', and 'whoever' with 'he'", and we see "Take it up with whomever" changes to "Take it up with him", which is proper. "Take it up with he" is something mooshoo would utter in his manufactured pixie accent (try to imagine a pre-pubescent wm s. burroughs after his aunt slips him an absinthe-soaked sugar tit)
