WOWOWOWWOWOWOW!! Did you take this pic? Sweet sauce?
Did you get both pies you posted? How was it? This place is causing an uproar out here about the owner paying people to post positive reviews. I plan on going to the Hamburg location soon.
On a side note, we had Molinaro's last week at work and it was a delightful lunch. Traditional sauce, double pepperoni.
I got the half pie. My brother got the home pie. He ate half of mine and I got none of his.

If you read this article the cyclist was behind the ambulance and crashed into it as the ambulance was turning right. I drive ambulances and we have restricted right side visibility outside of our mirrors.

I posted it, less about how it happened, more about how the business of medical in the U.S. works.

2k for a trauma ride is actually cheap. Which does suck.
It's cheaper if it's not a call out though isn't it?

How far would it take you for 2k?

These are our local Aussie charges-
Fees and charges
Ambulance fees are based on a call out charge plus a per kilometre charge. Kilometres are based on the round trip between the ambulance station, pick up address, destination and return to the ambulance station.

I know for Basic Life support Ambulances its point a to point b. and depending on services rendered you get charged. for us It's $200 plus $10/mile O2 is extra ALS (Paramedic Ambulance) here are 911 sytems and are staged in the field. It's going to run over $1500 just to get put on the rig. then you add drugs, O2 Bandages splints and the cost goes way up. I have insurance that covers 100% of my ride but it ain't cheap

I had a 2hr one when i cut my patellar tendon. It was about 7.5k. Out of network, but insurance had to cover it due to the No Surprises Act.

It’s still $0.00 in NZ. In Wellington the Ambulance Service is run by a trust. But we now have a cunty hard neoliberal government, and this is the sort of thing they would go after.
