Just looks like a mashup of several classic cars. Lotus seven emerging from the trunk of a Volvo P1800, ass end looks like an old cobra and the roofline screams DB5.
i was excited to see it was a new(ish) Ferrari but then i saw it was a 456
this Jensen Interceptor rendition looks somewhat close

I would think that actually might be illegal because the NTSB mandates that all vehicles on the road do not have headlights above a certain height due to concerns about blinding. That iirc, is one of the short list of laws that is required in every state. I think it's 50 inches max...
