Remove:
Renting Skis
Buying Ski Passes
Drinking in the lodge
You get another 30% of the chart. And then, if you're savvy and go through the singles line you can take out the waiting in line.... that's at least 25% of the chart... so you'll have to increase your sitting on the lift drinking time a litte... which should give you about....
40% drinking on the lift
10% "safety meetings" off the tree line
50% skiing.
