I have that same pink line on one of my reels....

Being your standing in what looks a fairly easy river fishing rainbows I am guessing five weight?
5 or 6 depending what rod I grab, either the sage X12 in a 5wt or my spey switch in a 6 wt on a single hand cast
the metolius is the most challenging water in the world the bottom is all volcanic and varies drastically. the whole middle of the river is a giant volcanic fischer that goes from 6 feet to 20 feet deep in a hurry and banks can range from 8 feet wide to 80 feet wide. very hard to mend line
