Apparently that's an issue in the Middle-East. When my friends were over there they said the locals stand up when pooping and make a mess. There are 2 bathrooms, one with toilets and one with a hole in the floor so the locals can squat.

It is actually healthier to squat when you poop. Toilets are a relatively new invention.
when i went to high school in Japan for two weeks, they only had holes in the floor to poop. and when you got explosive diarrhea, they are your worst nightmare unless you got thighs of steel
