Edit: or not. Apparently the "Mr. Castor" asking the question is a Federalist Society douche canoe who works for Trey Gowdy. I at first assumed "Castor" was a dem rep from florida until I noticed the "Mr". The florida rep in question is neither a "Mr", nor on the committee, apparently.
