Not much of a caricature. Schiff has a normal sized neck unlike that cartoon so not much point in that. He also has less hair than depicted which was missed. Shiff also has the wide eyed no blink thing going on that could have been exploited. No visual mention of Shiff's crooked teeth and weird mouth corners. The light cross hatching appears random and sloppy in it's failed attempt to make him appear older. On a whole, I'd say that the artist totally missed the mark on this one.
