Could make a more compact model with a stationary blade and a rotating magazine like a revolver. Hell, automate it like a Gatling gun.

I'm really concerned about the asymmetric forces on the long blade causing it to jam or worse, miss a few heads. Might I suggest the following modification?:
Wood chippers are much more economical. Didn’t any of y’all see “Fargo” ?
There was still half a Buscemi leg left when Sheriff Gunderson showed up and that chipper looked a bit long in the tooth. But if we’re talking execution methods for the Wall Street crowd, I’d be willing to sacrifice some efficiency for enduring pain and some theatricality... so maybe the full Braveheart treatment?
