House I grew up in had a very steep hill in the backyard. It was difficult to mow but my parents had good child laborers. My neighbor cut his yard with a riding mower. One day he hit a patch of wet grass and started sliding sideways downhill. When traction caught it rolled. He naturally leaned towards the uphill side so he ultimately fell into the spinning blades. He survived without any major long term problems but nearly bled to death.
