Thats the good news for those of you interested in running a shuttle. The bad news is that the area around Rat Pac and maybe through Rat Pac has been flagged with "Timber Harvest Boundary" ribbons. These ribbons have just gone up in the past few days. My guess is sometime in the next couple of weeks there will be some logging going on in the area.

Freak/VG and I went this past Sunday. The gate was open and we had a good time up there.

I went up Sunday and saw one other rider-local. First time in quite a while when so few people are on the trail on a weekend. I went down and saw the logging ribbons posted on one side of the trail. It looked like they are going to log on one side of the trail-the upper nw portion and are using one side of the trail as a boundary. Cle Elum Bike and Hike is closed for the season. My guess is Mike has gone to Texas, I am going to check see if anyone knows where the logs are going to fall.
