I called FBM yesterday cause I will be in cleveland on business. They said you can pay $25 at the door. They were suposed to do pre-order, but they figured it was such a big place. They also said it is not 20" only, so you can ride your 24" or 26". And yes, it is open to the general public (not a competition). I unfortunately will be on my xc bike cause my dj wont be in for a few days.
