I saw the tire on his bike Sunday and... it is the Kenda NPJ!

He didn't know if they would be available in 24" but I strongly encourage all 24 riders on this side of the pond who want that tire to send him a message about it... ray@raysmtb.com and kenda too bicycle@kendausa.com

I actually have a set of these in 24". They are a little beefier then the KHE's.

I'll put some information / photos up about them in a day or so on my blog.

To my knowledge, they aren't available stateside, but if enough people write who knows what could happen?

i'm pretty sure that wrapping up your tube in saran wrap is beefier than the khe's...

I've got one in 26" as a rear, and a kenda small block 8 up front. This combo came stock on my eastern. I like it... I pretty much only ride dirt.

I have an NPJ from an Eastern stock set up. I would love to have access to more for sure.

But I want-- chilled out average knobby tires.

According to our Euro friends this is quite a good tire... essentially a spin off a Krad but a bit faster rolling.
