I don't know what those number mean, but the number on a tire refer to rime size and the width of the tire. Some companies use (or used?) 3 numbers- one for the rim size, one for the wodth of the casing, and one for the width at the widest part of the knob.
If you measure a 26" rim, you will see that it is actually 22". Way back when, Schwinn wheels became the standard wheel size. They called it a 26" wheel. The tire was 2" wide, the rime 22", meaning the whole wheel was 26". When 22" rim became the standard, the name "26" stuck.

Those are the tubing diameters in mm. The tube is double butted.

the tube is 55 cm long
Then the thickness of the first butt in millimeters, followed by the middle thickness of the tube and then the thickness of the end butt.

Just like a double butted spoke is 2.0/1.5/2.0 or something.

Don't know what the T stands for.

Actually, the 55 number measures the outer diameter of the tube in millimeters. So, the tube you're asking about is 55mm outer diameter (ie: this is how fat the tube is). the next series of numbers refers to the thickness of the tube in millimeters. In this case the tube is butted with three different wall thicknesses. The tube is 2.2mm thick (the "t" stands for tube wall thickness) where the tube joins the head tube. The tube is 1.15mm thick in the middle of the tube. The tube is 1.5mm thick where the top tube joins the seat tube.

hope that helps.
