    So we're getting ready to put the house up for sale. Very VERY early stages. Bringing a few realtors around to see what they think the dump is worth. First guy is tomorrow morning. Things seem to be quite active around here right now.

    The neighbourhood we want to move to seems pretty stable, market-wise. And we want to act while interest rates are still low...once the recession is in full swing, we want to be in the house with our rate locked in!

    I'd be a half hour closer to work too...
