I was talking with some folks from Maverick, and I would like to use their seatpost. However, my Kona is a 30.0 seat tube, and their smallest post is 30.9.
One of them jokingly suggested to ream out my seat tube. Anyone ever done it?
uhh, is it an aluminum or steel frame, I would imagine it would weaken it alot, and probolby wouldnt be a goood idea, especsially on an aluminum frame.
Man just buy a Thompson, reaming your seat tube on a Kona just to fit a certin seat post is not a good Idea. The pivot like you said is right there and it will mess with the Structural integrity of the frame.
