I hate to be "that guy" but is your top priority from your rear hub really how loud it is?

You might want to reevaluate your priorities. There are some nice hubs out there, and their quality is not evidenced by how loud they tick...

Hopes can usually found for about 180 or so dollars and they get fairly loud. You can also find Ringle hubs around for about 130 dollars and those get really loud, I have heard a few that are louder than Hadleys.

Just take your new hub, tear it down, degrease it, and reassemble. It'll be plenty loud.
Is grease important inside your freehub?

From quiet to loud by recent personal experience
American Classic - WTB - Hugi 240 - King - Industry Nine - Hope Pro II

Go for the Pro II hubs. They are a good price, great quality, and the loudest of the bunch since that is part of your criteria.

don't forget to throw some metal shavings in there for good measure.

also hadley's aren't consistently loud. i have 2 of their trials hubs (108pt rears), and they do not sound identical. i'm slightly concerned, but i've given them both a once over, nothing loose, everything looks well lubricated, the engagement points seem fine. i haven't torn them apart to give them an interior inspection yet but based on performance they seem fine. i bought them both only very slightly used. (less than 10 hours riding on either). yet they both sound different.

it may also be caused by the material used. the grade of titanium they use for the 108pt setup is not consistently available, hence why hadley is currently not making them. and because such low availability, the metal may not be quite as consistent from batch to batch.
