Redoing my skate helmet need, to know I already got the first coat on, waiting for it to dry, and do to my really unsteady hand It has gotten a bowling ball appearance. My question is, keep the bowling ball look on it or give it the second coat and make it solid?

Ok, here are the pics after the second coat, wasn't really that satisfied with the end result with the first coat, went solid. Notice the result of my really unsteady hands.

Meh, I would do it solid yellow, because, IMHO, that looks like crap.

I have a couple more coats to go. I'm hoping it comes out better, not happy with it right at this moment.

You might want to cover the holes or you will have yellow gunk in your hair every time you ride.
