I have bontrager "tubeless ready" wheels on my trek fuel...but I drilled them out to be compatible with both schraeder and presta.

Can I buy a pair of rim strips and convert these over, or am I pretty much boned, or will I have to do a ghetto conversion?

The tires I like come in tubeless, thought it might be neat...

You just need the right valve stem. I had the same thing when I wanted to go tubeless with my current set of rims, realized the holes had been drilled for Schraeder. My buddy at the LBS scrounged around and found some stems that sealed them up, and I've been riding them for several months with no issues, using just stans sealant. :thumb:
