One of these days I need to go Island hopping to see the family and see if I can check out the brit chicks first hand. So what would work best, turning on a Brit accent, reglar 'mercan accent or maybe a bit of a southern drawl?
Depends - for the smarter Brit go for the regular accent as the Southern drawl will be seen as proof of bigotry and stupidity. For the dumber Brits the regular will be seen as patronising so go for the redneck image, it'll make them feel a degree of kinship.

If you're going to Essex just use the Southern drawl regardless.

Fair enough Shirl, but I feel no responsibility for the dental hygiene of my countrymen. I can even accept some of them being below average smarts too.
Well dont get all offended. I know how Americans are. Most are pretty big dumbasses.

Having experienced Jap Breath a few times I can only imagine. A cross between an ashtray and a dead eel.
Churns my stomach Westy, fair dinkum some of their cakeholes are rotten. I can't work it out because they're pretty clean generally, fetid BO is fairly rare around here.

Also, whats up with Japanese girls and walking all pigeon toed and dying their hair that stupid color of orange?
One good thing about them, they do like to have a good time on vacation.
The pigeon-toed thing is f*cken retarded. A lot women here also speak in this squeaking little girls voice too.98% of Japanese culture tends to revolve around "being cute".

Its a very different culture, altogether. Even the way they express pain.
I was in a DH race and there was this dude named Tomishiro (I know this because the only english he spoke was "I am Tomishiro. I am from Japan")
Anyway, the dude has this gnarly crash and you could see his hip bone throug a large gash in his side. He just sat there real quite. No whimpering or anything. I kept waiting for him to disappear in a cloud of smoke, but he just left in an ambulance.

As I said earlier pointless stoicism is highly valued. Women (including my missus both times) aren't given any painkillers during chilbirth. I broke my wrist in 2001 and had to have it pinned. The pain meds they gave me where useless. I was literally begging for something stronger. Their answer was basically "suck it up round eyes". They gave me some suppositories for pain but I might as well have shoved them up my arse for all the good they did. (Yes Fluff I know that joke is old. No I won't stop using it;):redX: )

Oddly enough I never get given any decent pain killers when I break anything - collar bone and ribs in recent years and nothing stronger than Ibuprofen. Other people I know get all sorts of goodies. Maybe I look like I abuse painkillers or something but it just drove me to smoke copious amounts of skunk.

Right, what's the point of breaking something if they're not gonna give you some good drugs to go with it.

I have the same problem. For me it stems from the fact I go see my doctor and say "A bone has been sticking out of my thigh for the past week and it didn't seem to be getting any better so I thought I'd have you check it out".

I normally just get certain medications from "other sources" in such a case. When I got my wisdom teeth out in December, they gave me like 6 lortabs or something. Pffft.

I could go on for days about the union. I’m a non-union management member for a union company, so I have firsthand experience with the union. I could write story after mind-boggling story about the union and their leaders.

To be honest, there are some union members who actually have a good work ethic and who care about their job. The problem, however, the union business agents attempt to brainwash the union members into being “union employees,” making employees feel like if they are “company men” they are sell-outs.

I have seen business agents defend employees who have assaulted supervisors, fellow employees etc. The union’s business practices truly defy logic…

A century ago, the union had its place in the American workforce. At that time working conditions were terrible—safety was compromised and employees were not compensated fairly for what they did. Now, we have government agencies who monitor safety and union employees are paid way more than they are worth. For example, I saw one union car washer who made almost $70,000 a year—most car washers make $6.85 an hour-plus tips. This guy is making more money than most college graduates make for the first 5-years of their working careers…

Does anyone see the eye-roni in a bunch of people screwing off at work on an internet forum complaining about lazy union workers?

I don't know about anyone else but my understanding of irony is about as good as Allanis Morrisdancer's.
