what the hell?

I have removed more forks than I can count. or pretty damm close anyways.

I have a planet x new jack flash, DJ 2 fork, and an FSA pig headset. I removed the stem and the forks just sit there. I pounded lightly with a rubber mallet and the still just sit there.

what is the deal?

Spray some wd 40 on the steerer tube, let it run down.

Make sure you have a hand under the crown, and wail on that b***h with the rubber mallet.

Some inner collars on headsets need a good whack to break em free.
